Cloud Agentics Talk to an engineer

Professional services

Consulting, or implementation end to end

Two ways to work with the same engineers. In consulting, we run the discovery and write the plan, and your team executes with our review. In implementation, we analyze, plan and execute every stage, and your team accepts the result.

Two ways to engage

Consulting

We run the discovery. Your team executes.

We review your AWS estate layer by layer: accounts, network, security and workloads. You receive the findings, the target architecture and the order of work. Your engineers apply the changes, with our review at each step.

  • Discovery workshops and a read-only review of your accounts.
  • A written target architecture and the order of work.
  • Design reviews while your team builds.
  • Fits a team that has the engineers and needs the plan.

Implementation

We analyze, plan and execute end to end. You accept the result.

We analyze the estate, write the roadmap and execute it: landing zone setup, migration of workloads, network and security build. Each stage ends with an acceptance test that your team signs off.

  • Landing zone setup with AWS Organizations and Control Tower.
  • Migration of workloads, one environment at a time, with a rollback plan for each step.
  • Network and security build: Transit Gateway, inspected egress, WAF and GuardDuty.
  • Acceptance test at the end of each stage. Terraform code and documentation handed over.

What we build

Landing zones

Multi-account AWS organizations with guardrails, central logging and single sign-on. See the four layers.

Migrations

Workloads moved from data centres, from a single account or from another cloud, one environment at a time with a rollback plan.

Network and connectivity

Hub-and-spoke networks, inspected internet egress, Direct Connect and VPN to your sites, DNS across environments.

Security and compliance

Web application firewall, threat detection, managed keys and secrets, backups that survive a compromised administrator, evidence for ISO 27001.

Containers and compute

Kubernetes platforms, autoscaling fleets, serverless functions, and the delivery pipelines that deploy to them.

Databases

The right AWS database for each workload, connection pooling, backup and restore tests, and migrations between engines.

How an engagement runs

1

Discovery

Read-only access to your accounts and interviews with the teams that own them. You receive the findings and the target architecture.

2

Roadmap

The order of work, the scope, the price and the acceptance criteria for each stage. Setting the scope and the contract takes one to two working days.

3

Execution and acceptance

We execute, or your team executes with our review. Each stage ends with an acceptance test your team signs off. You receive the code, the documentation and a handover session.
